Our company was formed after the members' experiences in real estate sales, valuation, joint representation and house management, as well as taxation. Until now, we have been managing condominiums in Budapest. Our basic principle is that we do not want to manage a large number of properties, because we know that after a while this would be at the expense of quality. We prefer to undertake fewer condominiums, but we represent them reliably and honestly to the satisfaction of the residents. We carry out the accounting tasks, monitor the development of the condominium's income, and take the necessary measures to collect the outstanding amounts. We take care of the bookkeeping, current account management and other administrative tasks ourselves, so we can quickly and directly serve interested Owners with accurate accounts and statements.
